I have downloaded your siteground3 theme and it is running on my site but now I cannot change my theme. It is stuck on the siteground3 theme, even when I change it to other pre-loaded themes. Any help is appreciated!

Please try clearing your browser's cache and reloading the page. It is quite possible that you have cached your website and this is why you are still seeing the old template.
If this does not resolve the issue and the problem with the template persists, you can request a template installation from your Help Desk > Other Technical Issues > Template Installation. Our experts will install the template you request :)
