(all domainnames hereunder are fake, just as example)
I have Typo3 with a domain http://www.toveren.com.
In cPanel I made two domainpointers (or Parked Domains as they are called here) http://www.hocuspocus.com and http://www.abracadabra.com.
In Typo3 I made two Domain Records and both domains work as expected.
Now I wanted also http://mutsen.toveren.com and http://rabbits.toveren.com.
In Typo3 I made the two domain records. However in cPanel I was not able to add these subdomains as a DomainpPointer (Parked Domain).
Thru the helpdesk of Siteground I made several tickets, as reply I recieved:
"If you would like a redirect on a domain level, we can add a CNAME record for the mutsen sub-domain in your domain's DNS zone and point it to www.toveren.nl" .. anyway.. This seems not the solution. No website is visable.
Anyone has any experience with subdomains and Typo3 at Siteground?
How to solve this?
