I have transfered my account lately to be hosted with your site.

My previous hosting site brought me the Vbulletin License. They provided me with a Customer Number and a customer password.

But I couldn't log in to the Vbulletin members area using them.

My question is:

Does the siteground store these kind of info and brings it from my previous hosting company?

Thank you for helping me with this issue because I need o upgrade my Vbullentin version but I am not being able to do so withou having my licensecustomer number.

I am afraid, that thi data isn't stored in your vBulletin installation, so it cannot be "extracted" from it. My advice si to contact your previous hsting company, so they can provid you with the correct login details for members.vbulletin.com.
