PHP mail() problems on serv01

I'm having quite the problem tonight, Friday December 12th, 2008 10:30-11:15 PM Pacific time.

the mail() command is only sending emails sporadically.

I set up a "dummy" php file that I just have to refresh to send myself an email. I've only received it about half the times I've sent.

Is anyone else having this issue who is on serv01?
