Footer Banners not showing up on j15-71

The footer banners are not showing up on j15-71 for me. I verified that I'm using the correct category and owner/customer for the banners (I only have one), and the file is uploaded and visible. My site is here: http://www.pinkpetalbooks.com/community

The result is a lovely site :)
