Greetings;
Hello everyone!! This is Abe! I just joined the forum, I see that there are a lot of interesting and valuable information here. It's wonderful!
I would like to know, if anyone of you guys can help me out with this, what is it the best way to build a website for some one who's new to making websites. Should I learn FrontPage, Dreamweaver? Do you guys recommend if I use one of the website creations like webs.com, weebly.com, webstarts.com, xsitepro.com - what's your insights on them?-, among the other few ones I found through google search engine ? Because they seem easier and less time consuming.
Just out curiosity, I want to know what did you folks use to build your own websites if you don't mind sharing that?
Thank you.

Abe
