Urgent Help Needed With IP Problem!!

Everyone on my forum can access it without any problems. Except for one of my moderators. She can only see the forum favicon and then gets internet explorer can not display webpage. She's tried the following: Cleared cache, reset her modem and wireless router, I've checked to make sure that no one had accidently banned her IP. I can login as her with no problem. I do see a lot of 404 error codes in the error log. What causes those? And could it effect only her account? Any help would be very much appreciated.

It would be best to post a support ticket from your Help Desk. This way our support team will be able to carefully check the issue and resolve it :)

out of curiosity did you get her to try any other browsers? Occasionally I.E.'s dns cache flakes out and meanwhile Firefox or Google Chrome will be loading the site just fine.

Otherwise, that's pretty strange.
