The offending item was called lummzshell.php and was added as an index page, a post, a favicon and a file in my upload folder.

I replaced the installation with a back up, but have yet to get my favicon to reset.
I've looked in the usual places and have tried a WP plugin to over write it, but no joy.
Any thoughts as to where I should be looking?

On a default setup of Debian Squeeze and php 5.3.3.7, the reverse is true, you can put php directives in .htaccess but it simply ignores any php.ini except the master one. Despite a lot of reading and testing I can't find any way to make it recognise localized php.ini files, even though the documentation seems to suggest it should.

Basically I need to harmonize my local test server and the SG hosting so they work the same. I don't care which approach is applied (.htaccess or php.ini) so long as it works for both. Any suggestions?

Hi guys,

I just transferred my previous website to a new hosting account, both are hosted under siteground. What was done is my currrent website was transferred to a addon domain folder.

My issue is that i cannot access my subdomains now. My primary site was just static HTMl pages but i had several sub domains which consistes of Joomla and Wordpress installations. Now i cannot access them.

for eg- xxxxxxx.com was my previous domain i moved the contents to yourfuturetutors.com domain name which was hosted in a addoon folder now i cannot access my blog which should technically be blog.yourfuturetutors.com.

I even created a new sub domain thinking maybe its because the subdomain does not exist in my cpanel that might be the issue but No luck at all.

Can you guys help

Would really appreciate it

Thanks

showing Common reasons for this error are:

Incorrect file/directory permissions: Below 644.

In order files to be read by the webserver, their permissions have to be equal or above 644. You can update file permissions with a FTP client or through cPanel's File Manager.
Restrictive Apache directives inside .htaccess file.

There are two Apache directives which can cause this error - 'Deny from' and 'Options -Indexes'.
