Upload large files (10-20MB) problem

Hi,

I have a problem and it seems to me that it is a hosting related.

On my joomla website I want to upload videos that are larger than 10MB but smaller that 24MB, which is I think PHP max.

Problem is I can upload max 3.5MB or a bit more, but less than 4MB.

I tried to get some support on this issue but it is so complicated to find and send an email here on Siteground, so I'm posting my problem here.

First I thought it's some Joomla related problem but it seems it's not.

If some one could help me or point in a right direction..

I am afraid our shared server PHP / Apache settings are very restrictive and not suitable for multimedia uploads. Thus if you need to upload videos it is best to use FTP or cPanel.
