www folder

I've been trying to upload my site, but I realized there is no www folder. I have no permission to upload anything or create folders. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Hello,

The www folder is just a symlink to the public_html folder, which contains all of the files visible to the web.

If you have removed your public_html and/or the www folder, please contact our support team using the ticketing system in order to get it re-created - it needs to have specific permissions.
