HOw to choose CRM software for business ?
Hello friends
Please tell me about how to choose right CRM software for my business.
Which is the best CRM software free and paid.
-
We will recommend you to use one of the following applications:
SugarCRM
vTiger
You can find a detailed comparison at:

These scripts are free.
Also, there are paid versions of SugarCRM:

I used vTiger (OpenSource) some time ago.
If you are working in a Microsoft environment - do use Microsoft Dynamics - itīs the best choice in my opinion.
-
I can recommend vTiger really just very simple and good CRM
-
Salesforce is a nice useful CRM software.

It's one thing to talk about these various CRMs but does anyone provide mock versions that can be tested prior to installing? As an example, certain companies allow potential users to test out their shopping carts.
I would like to test these CRMs on the front end as well as on the back end before making my decision.
Any suggestions?

There are plenty of CRM solutions which provide free trial version.
You could try free trial option of salesforce.

At my company we use Salesforce and find it really convenient! - would recommend

Use SugarCRM. We are currently using ver 6.5.3. The GUI looks really clean.

Between SugarCRM and vTiger I would personally highly recommend SugarCRM because of its maintenance ease, its larger community and availability of third party plugins. Having worked with both on my server and on my free hosting I can say that sugarCRM's studio gives you a bit more flexibility and its ModernAqua theme improves look and feel. However its code is poorly documented.
Go with Sugar but think carefully before customizing it too much because it can become difficult to maintain.
There are good reviews of both on siteground.com/sugarcrm_vtiger.htm you might want to take a look there.

I don't use none to be honest, at least installed on the server. I use a CRM connect over GMail which is called Yesware and works together with Salesforce. Becomes far more pratical and less time consuming: http://www.yesware.com/
I am very apologist of using things that ease my duties and save me time so that I can focus on my main objective, which is my website. Yesware is absolutely great and easy to use packed with good features. As for the aforementioned CRM's above, I used both and didn't quite appealed me, after a while you need to invest a considerable money on them to get it to work with features you want, as well as hosting, etc. Since Yesware is a service like SiteGround, you can just dro them an email suggesting features that you find useful.
