I want to know that after doing keyword research how to choose keyword phrase to make meta title and meta description tags? All experts, Please share your knowledge.

Google shows 156 Characters (Including Spaces) for Meta Description.

Use almost all your targeted keyword in Title in 70 character and in description 156 its Good for seo practice, Otherwise Google discard your all Title and Description longer then 70 - 160 respectively. Suggestion Include your domain name in Your Title and description.

I try to keep my titles and descriptions nice and simple. Think about the subject for each page, and create titles and descriptions that are unique, simple, and contains your target keywords. I also like to see what my competition has used for their titles and descriptions, that way I can get ideas for my websites too

According to Google Search Result pages you will find that:

1) Title must be less than 65 characters (including spaces) Use your keyword phrases placing the most important keyword first (in beginning of the page title) according to the page relevancy.

2) Write a unique description for each page making the best use of targeted and relevant keywords within 145 characters (including spaces)

3) Use 8-10 keywords within 170 characters. Use 2-3 phrase keywords and avoid long tail keywords.
