why is it so difficult to send a mail to you?

I have now used half an hour in the search for a mail address where I can post the simple Q: how do I put the Joomla extension "no censorship" in the right side of my site www.itogav.net, just as its on sitegrounds site?
each and every time I end up in a blind alley. not very nice when it's one of your own creations and you ask me to contact the owner of the extension, it's a catch 22!
