mistakenly sent 5000 mails

Hi,

I have just sent 5000 mails to my user mistakenly, I`d like to send 200 mails per hour but this time I did wrong configuration
all users are legal users of my site and mail was about updates on site. Currently my shared account seems normal and works OK but may I get problem because of this ?

Also want to know some times my account exceeds CPU limit for about 5000 - 7000. Is it big deal for me? there are many unused blogs in my account and I will remove them soon but till then I will get such limit exceeding.

hmm i think server rejected to send all mails and now it is stopped sending mails and server still responds as server requested. Confused, please can you tell ma about you server mail configuration.
