Hi all,

We have set up vTiger version 5.3.0 with Softaculous, worked like a treat and have now started to customise it slightly as we would like to use it both as CRM and project management. To that purpose, I created a new workflow to have a mail sent to account user when project has been created. I found that it has saved the workflow task but gives me a "NOTE: You should have Workflow cron script configured" message and will not send the email as per workflow task.
I am not a developer and have tried to find a solution to setting up the cron job, however they require (at least to the extent of my knowledge) a lot of technical skills which I don't have.
Is there a guideline that someone out there has or any links?
