Twitter Spamming

Hi All I need a small help in regards with Twitter A/C spamming

Tweet:
"Are you serious about starting your own business in 2012?"
Check this web page: labnol[dot]org/internet/fake-cnbc-website/20300/

This tweet through some twitter app get auto posted every now and then and am unable to track down how this is happening or through which twitter APP.

So I would like to get your help & feedback about the same.

I mean if spammers left messages in Twitter?
