I am using Beez20 template joomla 2.5. The site www.kargsinfotech.com/2012

1. In the logo,background I want to extend in the right side to match with the top menu right

2. In the top menu all the submenu items are not showing . example in about us I have mission and 2 other submenu items but only one is showing.

As far as I can see all those things work just as you want it, have you managed to fix them after your post?

Thank you. Its all fine except in the menu white border is coming. I want to remove the white border.

Open your css file:

and on line 1276 remove these lines:

tr, td {
border: solid 1px #DDD;
}
