Template j16-41 Greenfield - top menu

I hate to be a pest ... honest ... but I can find no way to enable the top menu into the white bar just below the header image.

Doing a preview of the template does not show a position for the top at all.

Is there any way that I can enable the top menu ??

I should have specified ... I am trying to use the template on Joomla 2.54.
I also loaded the menu into Joomla 1.7 and no top menu there either.

As you can see on the template demo, the top menu position is correctly added to the template:

Maybe, you are publishing your menu module in a different position? It needs to be published into the "menuload" position. Could you try doing that and tell if the menu shows correctly?

YES ... that was it. For some reason the menuload position didn't register with me as an actual position.

I also noticed that when viewed with Firefox 13, the top menu appears like this:



Any suggestions on what to change in css to get the two images to align?

Nevermind...in template.css, I deleted height:31px; in a:visited{background:url(../images/but_l.jpg) no-repeat scroll left center transparent;color:#FFF;cursorointer;display:block;float:left;font-family:Tahoma,Verdana,sans-serif;font-size:11px;font-weight:700;line-height:31px;margin:0;padding:0 10px}

I wanted to know which position is for contents to be displayed on the right hand side of the page.
