Hi All,
I have done SEO for my website and my website ranking in search engine is on high rank and have good keyword ranking but did not get any lead for my website so I am quit confused about it now please suggest me what am I do for getting more lead?

when you say high rankings, exactly how high is it? Your keywords need to be at least in the top of half of the first page to attract decent leads. Additionally, the keywords that rank have to be searched enough for traffic to come in. you need to supply more info to see the reason why you're not converting. There are also onsite conversion factors that play a role too.

Check your stats with Webmaster tools to see how many impressions you are getting with particular keyword. Perhaps there is not enough traffic on the keyword you optimized your site for. Try to target for more keywords, perhaps 100 related keywords and if even 10% of them get traction you will start getting traffic. Some invaluable suggestions by others in the thread will get you started.
