Social Community?

Hello,

Im new here and to Joomla. What are good plugins or extensions to make joomla a bit more social?

I would like my users to be able to create/edit their own profiles, upload photos and videos and be able to add friends.

Anyone has any suggestions on how to do this on a small budget please?
