I think the SiteBuilder works only with this page URL format: _mgxroot/page.....html. You can't really edit/rename the page links the way you want (neither through the cpanel, nor any other way). Unfortunately, the SiteBuilder is a third-party software and we do not have any power to modify or upgrade its features.
