I suppose I am the sort of customer that can be a bit of a nightmare for your support staff. I have been a customer now for around 6 months and began as a newbies-newbie. I have learnt a few things but still feel a bit apprehensive about installing applications and a bit embarrased about asking for support, HOWEVER, your support staff are 100% helpful. A big thanks to SG and please let let your support staff know that if they treat every customer as they treat me then then your company can only ever go one way --upwards
