I use vbulletin....But i want to change it with phpbb..... but i don't want to lose the members and the post of the old forum....So am i asking if i can transfer the account and the post from the vbulletin forum i the phpbb forum.....

You can try to convert VB to phpBB2 with the following tool:

Please make sure that you have a full backup of your forum before making any changes to it.
