Social Networking With Joomla

Hi everyone,

I am a new learner in Joomla. I am trying to develop a social networking website with affiliate system like myspace.com with joomla. I am trying to do it with community builder and aec. Couls anyone suggest me that which affiliate program should I use with CB and AEC? Also it will be a big help for me if anyone suggest the names of the components needed to run a social networking site with joomla.

There is a community builder extension for Joomla but I do not think you can get something like MySpace... There are other open source application like you can use to build something close like "elgg" which is a very good open source application you can use..
