Error 509 - Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

I'm getting this message: "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later." But I don't own the site. I was just trying to go to siteground.com and got that message. ?? The site I'm helping with isn't even live yet. We've just been building on it. But why would I not be able to access customer login or support? Any link I click on or type in to get siteground.com gives me that same error. ?? I was going to sign up for my own account but now I don't know... the site, itself, is fine, though. Is this something on siteground's end?

I think they have server problem, but they just fix it in less than 5mins.

Yes, indeed there was a small issue with the main server, which however has been handled by our System Administrators as soon as we have noticed the problem.

Everything should be back to normal now. Are you still experiencing any issues accessing the site?
