Forum loading speeds terrible

Hey guys can anyone explain why when i switch the forum skin to non default the loading time is terrible
I have about 5 mods running but swithed them all off which made no difference

Even on the default the page come's up but all the gif's etc take a while to come in

Any idea's?

The new theme can use some external links which can cause the loading issue.

However, it is difficult to define the reason through current post in this forum.

The best solution will be to post a ticket in our HelpDesk. This can be done through your Customer Area->Get Support->Get Support-Help Desk. Then our Support Team will recreate the issue and look for a solution.

LOL i would love to but it rather confusing how to actually do this, to get to the helpdesk is easy, then how do i ask for help? the only one i can see is that my site is down which its not?

Also the customer login for me is very slow to load?
