    Default html/php strange problem

I am hosting with siteground - the old site is a html site now I have created a php (joomla site) in a /shop/index.php folder.

I can access both the sites from anywhere (home etc.) apart from at my store.

In the store I can access the index.html but cannot access the /shop/index.php? It's strange, does not seem to be firewall as I can access the index.html hosted with siteground, but cannot access the /shop/index.php site?

Any help suggestions would be great, getting nowhere with the internet providor.

    I am running XP?

    Thanks

    Hello,

This is a very strange issue indeed. Still I am afraid we cannot be of much assistance at this point.

What I can advise you is to post a ticket in web site down category in our help desk. Please post this ticket while you are at your store. You will be brought through several checks and if this is a connectivity issue we will be able to provide you with more information how to resolve it judging from the results of the automatic check.

    Best Regards
