Information on how to resolve this issue is available in our article here.

If you cannot resolve the issue following the instructions from the article, you can upload the sql dump you wish to import to your account with us and post a ticket in the cPanel category. Then our support team will do their best to import the database for you

    Default How you import it?

    Hello there,

How are you trying to import it? If you created the .sql files via phpMyAdmin you should be trying to import it via phpMyAdmin as well. Please check that and feel free to drop me queries.

    Regards,

    Default phpMyAdmin and users

    Hi,
I created a database with cPanel and a database user with all privileges, but somehow I can't enter phpMyAdmin with that username. If a jump to phpMyAdmin from the main cPanel I have no privilege at all so I can't upload my database from my localhost.
Does someone know how to access the database with the user that has all privileges? I read all around but I still didn't get it.
I also tried deleting the line that says "CREATE DATAASE - db name" and importing it as the main user without privileges in phpMyAdmin but I get all kind of errors:

There seems to be an error in your SQL query. The MySQL server error output below, if there is any, may also help you in diagnosing the problem
