I'm testing Joomla 1.5 into a dedicated folder, once the main problems/errors are gone I would like to know how to redirect the 'old' Joomla 1.0.x urls to the new ones in Joomla 1.5 like:
http://mydomain.com/content/view/123/4/ => http://mydomain.com/welcome-to-mysit...2-welcome.html

I supose it's adding some rules into htacces file, but it goes far away my knowledge...

Or the is another better way??

Just to keep the index into the main search engines (of course).
