I'm setting up vieleRETS for a client, and I was able to get it working on my test box (wampserver2) but when I upload it to the siteground site, and during the downloading of the listings, the page loads for a while then stops.

What should happen, is the page gets updated with periods (.) every 10 seconds or so, on my test box there are a few hundred periods then it says shows a completed message. However, on the siteground pages only a few dozen or less will show up before the page stops loading and shows "done" and no comleted message, meaning the listings were not transfered correctly.

I'm pretty sure its some kind of timeout issue on the script execution (of course!), but I'm not sure if I have the ability to change that or not.

This can be caused by a timeout or a slow internet connection. Alas, this cannot be properly troubleshooted via the forum, so I will suggest you to submit a ticket in the cpanel related problems category, so we can investigate and suggest a solution.

It would be best if you could post a ticket with an exact request what you would like accomplished on our side. The support team will handle it for you and we will do anything within our reach to assist you. Still exact instructions how to recreate and rectify the problem with this application might be needed.

I have set up a vieleRETS server for some client and connected to RETS well. I want data to be downloaded in the relational database. I am having trouble here. Table for images is created and the image data also inserted into the table. But the table for text is not created. I get a long sql query while downloading and I tried to create a table with that query which returns some error like "#1103 - Incorrect table name 'C_ROOM_1LV' " which is not at all mentioned by the developer. It shows some data insert error and I found that it is caused because the table is not created.. Can anyone tell me what is that which blocks the text table from creating and not the image table..this is the link to http://idxsync.com/idx/index.php the server..Please help me...Thanks in advance..
