Moodle: enrolment key changes across courses

Dear all,

We have a Moodle 1.9 installed. The following problem occurs.
When I as administrator change an enrolment key in a course, then in other courses the key changes with it, usually not immediately but mostly within a minute.

The advice on moodle.org is:
Please upgrade your Moodle to latest weekly build, this was fixed recently - the problem was in the password field used for enrolment, there is a new workaround so that the FF password manager does not remember these enrolment keys.

Can some one at SiteGround take this up?
