Deleted my moodle site when transfer domain

My entire moodle site was deleted when siteground transferred by domain and pointed to new name server. Now I haven't heard back from then since early this morning. I have made more than 4 posts for help and absolutely no reply. There is no where to call and no response or change to my lost data. I even purchased a back-up service just in case but they have not restored anything yet.

Very frustrating and poor response time.
