Siteground j15-60 (J-Rock) - help with module positions please

Please could someone tell me how I can move the module positions on this template please? At the moment the 'Latest News' module is in the user1 position and 'Newsflash' is in 'Top' position. I would prefer my Virtuemart module to be where 'Latest News' is, with the VM Manufacturer module underneath it. My site does not really have a need for newsflashes, etc. but if I disable them I am obviously just left with a big red box with nothing in it. I have looked at the VM Module and there doesn't seem to be an option to change it to user1.
I apologise if I'm being dim but I really need to sort this out quite urgently. Please can someone help?

Hi

You should be able to assign the module's position in Module Manager.
You should be able to unpublish the latest news and newsflash and assign other modules to thier position
