forum/disccusion board problem.
Hello, I registered and bought the Siteground package that came with SMF, however I want the IPB package instead. Is there a way I can either change this; or do I have to save all my files, stop the hosting, then resign up with the IPB package?
Thanks much.

Hello Austin,
Just upload the installation package of IPB you have received after you have purchased it to your account with us. Next, post a ticket under the Script Installation folder in your Help Desk and we will install it for you free of charge.

Okay thanks, Hristo.
-Where exactly do I find the IPB software that I need to upload? I checked several area's under my Siteground account, yet I can't find IPB's software anywhere.
-Also, once I do get this uploaded, will it appear under the Software tab, or in the Fantastico De Luxe folder/section?
-And lastly, you said that after I purchase the upload it will be installed free of charge. So does that mean, that once I buy Site Ground's IPB software that I will get reimbursed, or what exactly do you mean by this? (I know its free of charge in the end, but how exactly does it get installed AND uploaded)
Thanks again.

Hello Austin,
Please note that IPB is a paid software. Therefore, you must first purchase and download it from:
http://www.invisionpower.com/community/board/index.html
Since this is a stand-alone application it wont be available for you in the Fantastico Deluxe script installator.
As to your other question, we provide free installation of the software. This means that once you upload the installation package we will install it on your account for free. The script itself, however, has to be purchased additionally via the above provided link.

Okay, that explains it.
My earlier question was that, when I first signed up I thought the SMF forums would be a good add-on to my siteground site because it was already configured with it.
Just recently I noticed that you also have an IPB package, and I've used IPB for over 2 years now, so I preferred that over the SMF package.
My new question is, does that IPB package ALSO give you a FREE IPB board license along with installation, or would I still have to buy the IPB license?
IF the IPB License comes with the Siteground-IPB package, is there any way I can switch my current SMF package over to the IPB one? If it could be switched I would also pay the increased charge if it costs more.
Thank you, and sorry for the misunderstanding.

Hello Austin,
I am afraid that the package includes only the free installation of IPB but not the license for the application itself. It has to be obtained from the Invision Power Board developers.
