Default unable to connect with Filezilla

Hi,
I can't connect with filezilla. I type in my domain: ftp.raphaella.co.kr and put in the correct user name and pass, using port 21.
Also, when I type in the address: www.raphaella.co.kr I get a "unable to locate server" page (translated from French..) So I uploaded an index.htm from the cpanel, but I still get the same message.
Any idea why this is happening?

The problem is that your domain name does not resolve. You should use the domain name control panel of your registrar (I believe this is http://www.asadal.co.kr )to change the name server records to the correct name servers that we provided. You can check what those name servers are in your Welcome e-mail, or in the Account Management section in your customer area on siteground.com.

Thanks for answering, but what exactly are those "the name server records"?
I looked in my welcome email and they aren't in there.
PS. I think I found where I should put that info in the Korean domain register, there are fields with:
p1.asadal.net and the ip
p2.asadal.net and the next ip

Should I replace that with the equivalent from Siteground?

Default Name Server Records

Hello,

The DNS (Doman Name Server) records help your domain name "know" on which server to look for your website. That is why you need to "provide" your domain name with the right records, so that it can start opening your website.

You may find the right DNS recors by following the instructins below:

1. Please login to your Customer Area with the user and pass from your welcome Email:
https://www.siteground.com/customer_login.htm

2. Enter the Manage Accounts section

3. Click on the Manage button next to the your account name

4. The third box on your Account Mangement page includes the DNS setting you need to use. There is also a link to some tutorial how you can change your domain name DNS records.

I hope this information helps you!

oops, it won't accept the server name "ns1.siteground129.com" !?
Just to be clear: in the registers' control panel, I replace the field that has ns1.myregister.net and next to it it's IP, with ns1.siteground+number.com and replace also the IP with mine, right?

Edit: Ok, problem solved, the registers' interface button didn't work with Firefox.
