Drupal 4.7 - where is update.php?

I have a Drupal installation (done by siteground's support team) at the root of my domain, but for some reason update.php is not there... So after installing some modules, I was told to visit www.mydomain.com/update.php, but the file isn't there. Any hints?

I am not sure why the update.php file is not there -- probably the Fantastico developers decided it is not needed

You can simply download the original source (make sure you get the same version), find the file in it, and upload it on your account.
