hello,
my web site make me mad: I can access all files by ftp but not by mambo admin interface! Mambo refuse my administrator login an password! Can I reset them by the ftp? Thanks for any help!

You cannot reset mambo admin password via FTP. Mambo uses a MySQL database to save all it's users settings. You can change the admin password from within the database.
If you do not know how to do that, you can always contact our support team, they will do it for you in just a few minutes

Hi,
It seems to be that some processes are not always available. I have experienced same problems with my account after server attack problem. It seems to be that there are a cpuple of servers used and sometimes session proccesses are not proberly finished. Result not able to log in. I asked the supportteam to check my account. They did and afterwards, performance is improved. regards, bert |

Apparently, mamboforge.net being down has caused this problem with many Mambo installations. Here is a link to a solution that a customer gave us, after we tried what-not to make the backend work:
