SiteBuilder Performance is Poor

Is there anyway to get support from the SiteBuilder 3rd party provider?

I and my clients have been getting very poor performance from SiteBuilder. It is very slow to refresh windows and trying to add or change images in particular only seems to work occaisionally.

My guess would be that they are overloaded on their servers unless their software is running on SiteGround Servers.

When it works - I really like it and it provides my clients with a way to update their own sites.

I keep watching the performance to see if as a work around I can determine when the performance is improved. But no luck so far.

I built a site with the Site Builder.

It seems to work very good for me.
