Default slow performance and server load?

Hello,

my installed applications are very slow - when i check the server load in cpanel it is often red - does anybody else expierence this problem?
sometimes it's running well and sometimes it's not running at all

is there a solution - like reduce number of uploaded files etc?

i'm still a newbie, but i would really like to have my apps up and running and would be thankful for any suggestions what can be done.

Thank you,
McKim

Actually, in order to investigate such an issue we will ask you to post a ticket. You can drop one in the My site is slow category so we can check in detail what is wrong there and fix it if the issue is on our side.

Well, I have never seen this option but as far as I know it appears only when the server gets 100 load which is almost impossible to happen. That is why it would be best for *mckim* to post a ticket to the Tech Support Team so they can investigate what exactly is causing his problems.
