Can not save Unicode string in Mambo

Hi Every body
I have a problem with display Unicode in Mambo , when create a new item with unicode string , it work fine with content field but can not with the header , although I see in database 2 field have the same collation type , have any body have experience with that

I have a problem with display Unicode same with you website
how can i fix this problem.
i try it at Demo.joomla.org it don't have any problem
but in my website it have problem
any body know how to fix this problem please help
