Probs with a Joomla template tutorial

Probs with a Joomla template tutorial...at least for me lol. (Just discovered Joomla/Mambo a month ago and...trying to make a template aahhh) Anyway I get to the part where I have downloaded the Joomla template extension for Dreamweaver and installed it, but the 'Joomal toolbar' doesn't appear (yup, I did close down/restart Dreamweaver) and followed the steps to a tee- here is the tutorial: http://www.mambosolutions.com/dw_tutorial any ideas? thanks

Of course as soon as I post I see my mistake sorry- teh toolbar was there all along, in fact it said 'joomlasolutions' lol, was just greyed out because I didn't have a file up to work on with it. sorry
