ftp changes not working

Hi all,

I just had support clone my site and copy everything to a subdomain. I'm trying to edit my css file now and absolutly nothing is taking affect. Is there some kind of setting that needs to be changed?

Thought I'd ask here before opening a ticket

the urls paths need to be changed. all are pointing to main level domain
