I am moving over to the CMS site of things so that my partner can also upload and changes things on our site.

My question is, would I be able to change the look of Joomla to this?



I would like to get the site built under a test enviroment so for example http://www.tractionkiting.co.uk/testingsite/ but then move it to the main domain, is this possible?

You can have such looks for your Joomla site, still, you need to customize the template for using it with Joomla CMS.

You can also search for free or paid joomla templates in the net. Btw. SiteGround will soon be releasing Free Mambo and Joomla templates.
